§ 16-24-1-6 — Absences creating vacancy; excuse
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 24 TUBERCULOSIS HOSPITALS·Ch. 1 County Tuberculosis Hospitals; Power of County Board;
Failure of a member of the governing board to
attend three (3) consecutive meetings of the board creates a vacancy in
the member's office unless the absence is excused by formal action by
the governing board.
