§ 16-24-1-15 — Group insurance in certain counties

Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 24 TUBERCULOSIS HOSPITALS·Ch. 1 County Tuberculosis Hospitals; Power of County Board;
(a)This section applies to a county having a population of any of the following:
(1)More than one hundred eighty thousand (180,000) and less than one hundred eighty-five thousand (185,000).
(2)More than one hundred thirty thousand (130,000) and less than one hundred thirty-nine thousand (139,000).
(3)More than two hundred thousand (200,000) and less than two hundred fifty thousand (250,000).
(4)More than one hundred ten thousand (110,000) and less than one hundred twelve thousand (112,000).
(b)The board of managers of a hospital for the treatment of patients afflicted with tuberculosis or other diseases, including chronic diseases and those requiring convalescent care, that contracts with other counties for the treatment of the citizens of other counties, may provide not more than on
