§ 16-24-1-13 — Compliance with IC 36-1-12
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 24 TUBERCULOSIS HOSPITALS·Ch. 1 County Tuberculosis Hospitals; Power of County Board;
In the construction, alteration, remodeling,
or repair of any building or other structure, a governing board shall
comply with IC 36-1-12.
