Text

(a)In consideration of the gift and on the condition that the gift be made effectual, the hospital must forever bear the name of "William H. Coleman Hospital for Women, of Indiana University".
(b)The state pledges that the name is the permanent designation of the hospital, without addition or modification. The state pledges to carry out the objects for which the gift is made, as contained in the proposal of the donor.
(c)The general assembly covenants that this chapter will not be repealed or amended to change the terms and conditions under which the gift is made. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-31.5-3.]
