§ 16-23-8-3 — Appropriations; contracts
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 23 MUNICIPAL AND OTHER TYPES OF·Ch. 8 Support of Nonmunicipal Hospitals in Anderson and
The county fiscal body may appropriate money
to aid in the support of the hospital. The county executive and township
trustees of the county, with the consent of the township boards, may
contract with the officers of the governing body of the hospital for the
medical care and nursing of the poor of the county and townships.
