§ 16-23-7-3 — Equality of appropriations
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 23 MUNICIPAL AND OTHER TYPES OF·Ch. 7 Support of Nonmunicipal Hospitals in Evansville and
If at least two (2) hospitals qualify under this
chapter, all appropriations must be made to the hospitals in equal
amounts.
