§ 16-23-4-2 — Special maintenance tax
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 23 MUNICIPAL AND OTHER TYPES OF·Ch. 4 Tax Levies for Hospitals in Third Class Cities
The city fiscal body may levy a special tax for
the maintenance of the hospital of not less than sixty-seven hundredths
of one cent ($0.0067) and not more than one and sixty-seven
hundredths cents ($0.0167) on each one hundred dollars ($100) of
taxable property, to be levied and collected the same as other city taxes
are levied and collected.
