§ 16-23-3-6 — Maintenance tax
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 23 MUNICIPAL AND OTHER TYPES OF·Ch. 3 Tax Levies and Appropriations for Hospital Associations
The city fiscal body may annually levy and
collect a tax of not more than two and sixty-seven hundredths cents
($0.0267) on each one hundred dollars ($100) of the taxable property
in the city to provide money to aid in the maintenance of the hospital
as provided in this chapter.
