§ 16-23-2-4 — Vacancies
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 23 MUNICIPAL AND OTHER TYPES OF·Ch. 2 Hospital Boards of Governors in Third Class Cities
All vacancies in the membership of the board
of governors shall be filled for the unexpired term by appointment as
provided in section 2 of this chapter.
