§ 16-23-2-1 — Creation
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 23 MUNICIPAL AND OTHER TYPES OF·Ch. 2 Hospital Boards of Governors in Third Class Cities
The legislative body of a third class city may,
by ordinance, create a board of governors of each hospital of the city.
