§ 16-23-1-42 — Maintenance and operation of properties
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 23 MUNICIPAL AND OTHER TYPES OF·Ch. 1 City Hospitals in Third Class Cities
All property constructed, purchased,
improved, repaired, remodeled, or acquired by the city or by the board
of directors and used for hospital purposes shall be maintained and
operated as and for a city hospital under the control of the board of
directors, with equal representation on the board to the residents of the
city and to the citizens of the county residing outside the city and with
equal rights, facilities, service, and treatment available to citizens of the
county residing inside and outside the corporate limits of the city.
