Text

(a)Appointments to the governing board shall be made by an appointing board consisting of the following:
(1)The city executive of the city in which the hospital is located.
(2)A member of the county fiscal body to be chosen by the county fiscal body of the county.
(3)A member of the county executive to be chosen by the county executive at the county executive's regular January meeting each year.
(b)The members of the appointing board shall take and subscribe an oath for the honest and faithful performance of the members' duties. The oath shall be filed in the office of the county auditor. The appointing board serves without bond. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-12.2-5-4(a),
