§ 16-23-1-33 — Records, books, papers, and physical property; inspection and examination
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 23 MUNICIPAL AND OTHER TYPES OF·Ch. 1 City Hospitals in Third Class Cities
The business records, books, papers, and physical property of the hospital shall be kept open at all reasonable times to the inspection and examination of the following:
(1)The state board of accounts.
(2)The city executive, the city fiscal body, and the board of
public works and safety of the city.
(3)The county legislative body, the county fiscal body, and the
judge of the circuit court of the county.
(4)Any other authorized local or state officer, board, or
commission.
