§ 16-23-1-30 — Emergency appropriations
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 23 MUNICIPAL AND OTHER TYPES OF·Ch. 1 City Hospitals in Third Class Cities
The fiscal body of the county and the fiscal
body of the city may make additional appropriations of funds during
any calendar year to meet an emergency for hospital expenditures
authorized under this chapter, payable out of any part of the general
fund of the county or city not otherwise appropriated.
