Text

(a)The hospital may not discriminate among patients due to the following:
(1)Race, color, or sex.
(2)Occupational, economic, or social status.
(3)Political or religious belief or the lack of political or religious belief.
(b)The hospital must also be open to all licensed physicians of the county and the patients of licensed physicians on equal terms and under uniform rules. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-12.2-5-13(c).]
