§ 16-23-1-15 — Duties of treasurer
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 23 MUNICIPAL AND OTHER TYPES OF·Ch. 1 City Hospitals in Third Class Cities
The treasurer shall receive, deposit, and pay
out all money of the board and hospital as ordered and shall sign all
checks or other evidences of indebtedness when authorized by board
action.
