Text

(a)The governing board shall hold not less than ten (10) meetings a year at times and places to be fixed by the board. The meeting must be held in a convenient place in the city in which the hospital is located. Special meetings of the board may be held on written notice by the president, the secretary, or any three (3) members of the board to the remaining members. Personal attendance at a meeting constitutes a waiver of notice.
(b)A majority of all members of the board constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business at any regular or special meeting. A majority vote of all members of the board is required on all questions or business. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-12.2-5-9(a).]
