Text

(a)The board consists of seven (7) members chosen at large from the county in which the corporation is established.
(b)To be eligible to be selected or serve as a member of the board, an individual must have the following qualifications:
(1)Be a resident in the county.
(2)Have been a continued resident in the county for not less than three (3) years immediately preceding the first day of the member's term. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citations: 16-12-21-4; 16-12-21-6.]
