§ 16-22-8-8 — Governing board; membership; qualifications
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 22 COUNTY HOSPITALS·Ch. 8 Health and Hospital Corporation of Marion County
(a)The board consists of seven (7) members
chosen at large from the county in which the corporation is established.
(b)To be eligible to be selected or serve as a member of the board,
an individual must have the following qualifications:
(1)Be a resident in the county.
(2)Have been a continued resident in the county for not less than
three (3) years immediately preceding the first day of the
member's term.
