§ 16-22-8-53 — Surety bond of officers and employees
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 22 COUNTY HOSPITALS·Ch. 8 Health and Hospital Corporation of Marion County
The board may require a bond on any of the
officers or employees of the corporation in the amount and with the
terms and conditions and surety approved by the board.
