§ 16-22-8-42 — Eminent domain
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 22 COUNTY HOSPITALS·Ch. 8 Health and Hospital Corporation of Marion County
If the corporation and the owner of real
property desired for a hospital, a health care facility, or an
administrative facility cannot agree on the price, the corporation has
the right to condemn. Condemnation proceedings may be instituted in
the name of the corporation under IC 32-24.
