§ 16-22-8-29 — Agreements to operate facilities
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 22 COUNTY HOSPITALS·Ch. 8 Health and Hospital Corporation of Marion County
The corporation may enter into an agreement
with a qualified person or entity to operate a hospital, medical facilities,
or mental health facilities.
