§ 16-22-8-27 — Executive director; term; qualifications; service as board secretary
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 22 COUNTY HOSPITALS·Ch. 8 Health and Hospital Corporation of Marion County
(a)The board shall appoint an executive
director of the corporation who is qualified by education and
experience to serve for a term of four (4) years unless sooner removed.
The executive director is eligible for reappointment. The executive
director must reside in the county.
(b)In addition to the duties as executive director of the board, the
executive director acts as secretary of the board.
