§ 16-22-8-23 — Ordinance; scheduled meeting; action or postponement
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 22 COUNTY HOSPITALS·Ch. 8 Health and Hospital Corporation of Marion County
At a meeting for which notice has been
given under section 21 of this chapter, the board may take final action
on the proposed ordinance or may postpone final consideration to a
future designated meeting without giving additional notice.
