§ 16-22-8-17 — Governing board; quorum; meeting records
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 22 COUNTY HOSPITALS·Ch. 8 Health and Hospital Corporation of Marion County
(a)A majority of the board members
constitutes a quorum for a meeting. The board may act by an
affirmative vote of a majority of the board.
(b)The corporation shall record memoranda from the meeting as
required by IC 5-14-1.5-4.
