Text
(a)The board shall by rule provide for
regular meetings to be held at a designated interval throughout the year.
(b)The chairperson or a majority of the members of the board may
call a special meeting. The board shall by rule establish a procedure for
calling special meetings. The corporation shall publish notice of a
special meeting one (1) time, not less than twenty-four (24) hours
before the time of the meeting, in two (2) newspapers of general
circulation in the county in which the corporation is established.
(c)Regular and special meetings are open to the public. Public
notice of meetings must be given as required by IC 5-14-1.5-5.
