§ 16-22-7-8 — Oath of office of director
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 22 COUNTY HOSPITALS·Ch. 7 Hospital Building Authorities in County With Hospital
Each member, before entering upon the
director's duties, shall take and subscribe an oath of office in the usual
form to be endorsed upon the director's certificate of appointment. The
oath shall be filed with the clerk of the circuit court.
