Text

If a member dies, resigns, ceases to be a resident of the county, or is removed, the county executive shall appoint another person as director for the remainder of the term. If a person appointed as a member fails to qualify not more than ten (10) days after the mailing of notice of appointment, the county executive shall appoint another person as member for that term.
