Text

(a)Not more than thirty (30) days after the adoption of the resolution, the county executive shall appoint five (5) residents of the county as the governing board of the hospital building authority. Written notice shall be sent to each appointee.
(b)The initial terms are as follows:
(1)One (1) member for a term of one (1) year.
(2)One (1) member for a term of two (2) years.
(3)One (1) member for a term of three (3) years.
(4)Two (2) members for a term of four (4) years.
(c)At the expiration of the term of a member, the county executive shall appoint a successor for a four (4) year term. Each member serves until a successor is appointed and qualified. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-12-20.5-3 part.]
