§ 16-22-7-43 — Party wall or other agreements for attaching additions

A city hospital, city, or county and an
authority may enter into a party wall agreement or other agreements
concerning the attaching of an addition to a hospital building. The
agreements shall be recorded in the office of the recorder of the county
in which the hospital building is located. The agreements may provide
for an easement or a license to construct a part of an addition over or
above the existing hospital building.
