§ 16-22-7-3 — Net operating revenue defined
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 22 COUNTY HOSPITALS·Ch. 7 Hospital Building Authorities in County With Hospital
As used in this chapter, "net operating revenue"
means the revenues of the hospital, exclusive of any property tax levy
remaining after provision for reasonable expenses of operation, repair,
replacements, and maintenance of the hospital.
