Text
Following the hearing the governing body may authorize the execution of the lease as originally agreed upon or make modifications as agreed upon with the authority. Authorization shall be by ordinance, order, or resolution entered in the official record of the hospital governing board and the governing body. The lease shall be executed as follows:
(1)On behalf of the county, by the county executive.
(2)On behalf of the city, by the city executive and the recording
officer.
(3)On behalf of the city hospital, by the president or vice
president and secretary of the governing board.
(4)On behalf of the authority, by the president or vice president
and secretary of the governing board.
