§ 16-22-7-17 — Leasing land and buildings for hospital
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 22 COUNTY HOSPITALS·Ch. 7 Hospital Building Authorities in County With Hospital
The county or city may lease land and
buildings from the authority for the city hospital. A lease on the
buildings may not be entered into for more than forty (40) years but the
lease may be renewed for a like or lesser time.
