§ 16-22-6-39 — Lease approval of county fiscal body
For the purposes of this chapter, county
executive action or approval for the appropriation and expenditure of
county tax money includes approval by the county fiscal body. A lease
entered into by the county executive with the hospital building
authority or association is not valid or binding on the county unless the
lease is approved by a majority vote of the county fiscal body.
