§ 16-22-6-38 — Agreements

A county and an authority that have entered
into or propose to enter into a lease under this chapter may enter into
a party wall agreement or other agreement concerning the attaching of
an addition to a hospital building if the agreement is approved by the
governing board of the hospital and recorded with the recorder of the
county in which the hospital is located. The agreement may provide for
an easement or a license to construct a part of an addition over or above
the existing hospital building.
