§ 16-22-6-15 — Payment of lease rental; sources
A lease executed under this chapter may provide for the payment of the lease rental in one (1) of the following ways:
(1)Entirely from the levy of taxes.
(2)Entirely from the net revenues of the hospital of which the
leased building or buildings are a part.
(3)In part from the levy of taxes and in part from the net revenues
as fixed and set forth in the lease.
(4)From a cumulative building fund established by the lessee
under any of the following:
(A)IC 16-12-16 (before its repeal on July 1, 1993).
(B)IC 16-12.1-4-4 (before its repeal on July 1, 1993).
(C)IC 16-22-5.
