§ 16-22-5-5 — Hearing on tax levy
The county executive shall set a date for a
hearing on the approval of the tax levy and the county auditor shall
publish a notice at least ten (10) days before the date of the public
hearing. The notice shall state the date, time, and place of the hearing
and the proposed tax levy and term to be levied.
