§ 16-22-4-1 — Authorization for cumulative building or sinking fund
The county officers may establish a cumulative
building fund under IC 6-1.1-41 or a sinking fund in compliance with
the procedures for establishing a cumulative fund under IC 6-1.1-41 for
the erection of new hospital buildings, the repairing, remodeling, and
enlarging of old hospital buildings, and the equipment of new,
enlarged, and old hospitals owned and operated by the county, a
voluntary nonprofit association, or a nonprofit corporation.
