§ 16-22-3-6 — Contracts for services

Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 22 COUNTY HOSPITALS·Ch. 3 Powers of Hospital Governing Boards

The governing board may contract for the following services on terms and conditions the governing board finds reasonable:

(1)The services of consultants, architects, engineers, or other professionals, including shared services or purchasing organizations.

(2)Services reasonably required to operate and maintain the hospital, including the management of the hospital. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-12.1-3-4.]
