Text
The governing board may contract for the following services on terms and conditions the governing board finds reasonable:
(1)The services of consultants, architects, engineers, or other
professionals, including shared services or purchasing
organizations.
(2)Services reasonably required to operate and maintain the
hospital, including the management of the hospital.
