§ 16-22-3-10 — Personnel; compensation; policies
Upon the recommendation of the executive director, a governing board shall do the following:
(1)Fix the compensation, including incentives for productivity,
of all hospital employees.
(2)Adopt personnel and management policies consistent with the
governing boards of other hospitals in Indiana.
