§ 16-22-13-3 — Appropriations to aid hospital; authorization
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 22 COUNTY HOSPITALS·Ch. 13 County Financial Aid to Benevolent Hospitals
If there is no other city or public hospital in
the county, the county may appropriate money to aid the hospital for
the benefit of the people of the county. The county executive may
contract with the governing board of the hospital for the nursing and
care of the poor of the county who are sick, injured, or disabled, upon
terms that the county officers determine to be just and proper.
