§ 16-22-12-3 — County appropriation and tax levy

The county fiscal body may annually make an appropriation from the county treasury to pay a part of the cost of the operation, maintenance, repair, alteration, enlargement, furnishing, and equipment of the hospital and for that purpose may annually levy a special tax, in an amount to be fixed by the county fiscal body, on all taxable property located in the county.
