§ 16-22-10-8 — Time for filling vacancies
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 22 COUNTY HOSPITALS·Ch. 10 Board of Managers or Trustees of Certain Nonprofit
The appointment for a vacancy shall be made
not more than sixty (60) days after the submission of the initial list of
candidates under section 5 of this chapter.
