§ 16-22-10-5 — Vacancies on board; submission of candidate list
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 22 COUNTY HOSPITALS·Ch. 10 Board of Managers or Trustees of Certain Nonprofit
Whenever a vacancy occurs on the governing
board, the existing governing board shall submit a list of three (3)
candidates for each vacancy to be filled by the appointing authority.
