§ 16-22-1-1 — Application of article
This article applies to the following:
(1)Hospitals organized or established before September 2, 1971,
under IC 16-12 or IC 16-12.1.
(2)Hospitals organized or established under IC 16-12 or IC 16-12.1 before July 1, 1993.
(3)Hospitals organized or established under this article.
