Text

With the approval of the budget director and upon the recommendation of the budget committee, each county that has incurred costs for an individual with a communicable disease under:

(1)IC 16-41-1;
(2)IC 16-41-2;
(3)IC 16-41-3;
(4)IC 16-41-5;
(5)IC 16-41-6;
(6)IC 16-41-7;
(7)IC 16-41-8;
(8)IC 16-41-9; or
(9)IC 16-41-13; is entitled to a pro rata share of the money remaining at the end of the state fiscal year in the fund established under this chapter. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-8.5-5.]
