§ 16-21-6-12 — Violations
Any person who is a custodian of confidential data at the state department and who knowingly or intentionally:
(1)discloses, distributes, or sells confidential data obtained under
this chapter; or
(2)identifies a specific patient in violation of section 7 of this
chapter;
commits a Class B misdemeanor.
