§ 16-21-5-3 — Unlawful operation or advertisement of unlicensed institution or agency; violation; classification
A person who:
(1)operates an institution or agency that is required to be licensed
under this chapter that is not licensed under this chapter; or
(2)advertises the operation of an institution or agency that is
required to be licensed under this chapter that is not licensed
under this chapter;
commits a Class A misdemeanor.
