Text

A person who:

(1)operates an institution or agency that is required to be licensed under this chapter that is not licensed under this chapter; or
(2)advertises the operation of an institution or agency that is required to be licensed under this chapter that is not licensed under this chapter; commits a Class A misdemeanor. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-10-1-16.3.]
