§ 16-21-2-2 — Licensure and regulation of entities

Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 21 HOSPITALS·Ch. 2 Licensure of Hospitals

The state department shall license and regulate:

(1)hospitals;
(2)ambulatory outpatient surgical centers;
(3)birthing centers; and
