§ 16-21-18-6 — Provision of data by hospitals
A hospital shall provide the office of management and budget in:
(1)the manner prescribed by the office of management and
budget; and
(2)a timely manner;
with any data requested by the office of management and budget to
conduct a study required under this chapter.
