§ 16-21-17-2 — Easy to read format for posting
(a)The information displayed on the Internet
web site must be in an easy to read, understandable format, and include
the standard charges as described in section 1 of this chapter for each
service.
(b)An ambulatory outpatient surgical center shall update the
information on the Internet web site on an annual basis.
